Method/Step 1

Painted bamboo products are moldy and mildew-proof Operation method: For moldy bamboo products, for the mold on the surface of the bamboo product paint film, use a brush dipped in bamboo mold cleaner to clean the mold on the surface of the varnished bamboo products, Mold ash, and sterilize until the mold is no longer visible to the naked eye. Pay special attention to the gaps. If the mold is in the paint film of the bamboo product, you need to polish off the paint on the surface of the bamboo product, and then remove the mold according to the above method.

After cleaning the mold on the bamboo products, use a spray gun to spray the bamboo antifungal agent on all surfaces of the bamboo products, including the hemp rope, so that it is evenly covered with a layer of agent.

Unpainted bamboo products are moldy and mildew-proof. The operation method is to soak or spray the unpainted and moldy bamboo products with bamboo mold remover until the mold spots are no longer visible to the naked eye, and then take them out and dry them naturally.

Use bamboo and wood antifungal agent 1:20 mixed with water to soak the bamboo products after cleaning the mildew. It is recommended to soak for 5-10 minutes, so that the weight of the bamboo products will increase by at least 17%, and then remove and dry naturally.

If the bamboo products are painted or varnished, add 1-2% paint antifungal agent to the paint or varnish, mix well and then spray on the surface of the bamboo products. It is recommended to add both the primer and the top coat.

Considering the particularity of mold on bamboo products and the infectivity of mold, it is recommended to replace all the packaging or spray it with a warehouse anti-mold agent, and wait for the packaging to dry naturally or dry before packaging bamboo products.

After the rummaging is completed, considering the content of mold spores in the rummaging site, it is recommended to do a sterilization and anti-mold treatment to prevent the mold spores from infecting other products.
