How to Unmold Chocolate
1. Generally, when demoulding handmade chocolate, you can adjust the crystallization cooling temperature and the temperature when entering the chocolate forming moulds. When the chocolate does not stick to the mold, the demoulding is not easy to break.
2. When the chocolate is demolded, if the mold used is made of silica gel, take it out after the chocolate cools down, hold the edge of the silicone mold with both hands and pull it hard, which will cause a small gap between the mold and the chocolate. Then switch to the other side, and finally stretch your hand under the mold and push it up, and the chocolate will come out, and it will not break.
